Rules & Guidelines
Version 1PLACEHOLDER — final text to be provided by Future Caribbean. Registering today means accepting version 1 of these rules; when the final text lands the version is bumped and participants re-accept before submitting.
1. Eligibility
Open to anyone 18 or older. Future Caribbean staff and judges may not submit designs.
2. Original work
Every design you submit must be your own original work. Do not use copyrighted material, third-party logos or AI-generated imagery you do not have the right to use.
3. Submissions
You may submit several individual designs. Each design needs at least one mockup image, a title, a short description and its inspiration. Drafts can be edited until the submission deadline. Designs appear in the public gallery once approved by the organisers.
4. Rights to the winning design
By entering, you agree that if your design wins it will be produced as official Future Caribbean merchandise, and that you grant Future Caribbean the rights required to produce, sell and promote it.
5. Community & conduct
One like per person per design. No likes on your own designs. Be kind.
6. Decisions
The organisers' decisions are final. Future Caribbean may amend these rules; participants will be asked to accept any material change.
