Our Start

Rooted in the Caribbean.
Building for the World.

Future Caribbean began in Barbados, founded by Lily Dash on a belief that continues to shape everything we do: regional innovation can create global impact.

Not because it is simple.
Because it is complex.

We believe the Caribbean is one of the most important deployment environments for agentic AI in the world right now.

Multiple countries.
Multiple currencies.
Multiple languages.
Multiple legal systems.

That is exactly the kind of coordination opportunity that agentic AI was built to solve.

The teams that learn to build for the Caribbean may create solutions with relevance far beyond the region itself. Infrastructure built here — for real constraints, real communities, real governments — is infrastructure that can travel.

Future Caribbean exists to discover those teams, accelerate their work, and connect their solutions to the institutions, capital, and markets that can take them global.

LILY DASH

Founder & CEOAttorneyInvestorAdvisor

Lily Dash is a Barbadian entrepreneur and attorney whose work sits at the intersection of law, technology, and development.

Born and raised in Barbados, she was shaped by the island's culture of resilience, creativity, and community. She completed her legal studies at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in Barbados, before continuing her professional legal training at Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago.

Her Caribbean upbringing gave her a front-row seat to both the challenges and the ingenuity across the region. Today, she is building platforms that help unlock that ingenuity and connect it to the resources, institutions, and markets that can help it scale.

Future Caribbean is her commitment to the region that shaped her — and to the future we can build together.
